Vicky presented Inclusive Workplaces for FIFO Families: Strategies for Retention and Wellbeing, a webinar for employers hosted by AREEA (the Australian Resources & Energy Employer Association).
The session looked at how employers can support the families of their fly-in fly-out (FIFO) workers and why that matters for keeping their people.
Employers are partners in this work. Family-inclusive workplaces are good for families and good for retention.
